EXCHANGES AND RETURNS RETURNS The User may return the ordered product (s) for FREE 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that: (a) the product (s) have not been used; b) The product (s) retain their original characteristics and labels intact; c) The product (s) are complete. All the material that accompanies the orders has to be returned. The customer must request the return of the order through the email devolucoes@trendaffair.pt, indicating the article (s) he wants to return, as well as the order number. Let’s schedule a pickup with the same delivery service with which the order was sent. Place the item (s) with the original packaging inside the carton and wait for the pickup during the hours indicated by our customer support. Upon receipt of the returned product, Trend Affair will review and confirm its condition and, where applicable, refund within 10 (ten) days the amounts paid by the User at no charge to the User. If you want to exchange one or more articles, just make a new order after returning the articles. If returned items are damaged or worn out, Trend Affair reserves the right not to accept return and refuse reimbursement. Note that if your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of defect or nonconformity of the ordered products, Trend Affair will not reimburse the shipping costs. Accordingly, Trend Affair will not reimburse any costs incurred in connection with the charges initially borne by the customer for the order.
